Since 2019, the Historic Boydton Renaissance has invited some of the greatest artists in Bluegrass music to our beautiful historic town of Boydton, Virginia. Bluegrass legends like Dan Tyminski, Russell Moore, Sammy Shelor and so many more have joined us for the ultimate in front - porch pickin’ as they lined the biggest porch in Southern Virginia at the Historic Boyd Tavern.
Join us the 4th Saturday of every June for a day of great music, local food, artisan craft vendors, a beer & wine garden! Bring your lawn chairs and instruments for jamming between 4 & 5 (a secure, climate-controlled location is available for storage).
Gates open at 4pm (only $20 admission), music starts at 5pm. Kids 12 and Under are Free.
All ticket proceeds go towards supporting the Historic Boydton Renaissance, a 501-C3 Non-Profit organization whose mission is to protect, promote and support the beauty and history of the town of Boydton, Va.
All food proceeds go towards supporting the Boydton Volunteer Fire Department, also a non-profit organization.
